William Bryan “Bill” Lester, 83, of Hanover, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at his home. He was born on February 10, 1939 in Hanover, WV a son of the late Lity and Pearlie Lester. Bill was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, he worked for Ford Motor Company in Ohio and was a disabled coal miner. He loved going to church and sang bass in a gospel quartet. He also enjoyed carpentry work, restoring classic cars, hunting, and fishing.

In her younger years Margaret participated in the Fairview Players an acting company of that time period. Later in life she participated in the St. Joseph's Church Bell Choir. She was the oldest of six siblings and is survived by three sisters, Jeannette Fitts of Cromwell, CT, Marguerite... He was born on November 30, 1947 in Lexington, KY a son of the late Warren and Glassola Higgin Clay.

She taught at several schools in the North Hills School District until she had her daughters and then resumed teaching at St. Alphonsus School in Wexford once her girls were older. She taught 4th grade with her long-time friend, Ruth Lucyk and retired after 15 plus years. After retirement, Charlotte loved to spend time playing bingo, working in her garden, canning, baking, knitting and embroidering quilts and spending time with her grandchildren. Charlotte and Bill made their home in McCandless Township where they lived for more than 55 years and more recently ,Charlotte resided at Asbury Place in Mt. Lebanon. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, there will be a private family service in celebration of her life. He is also survived by five grandchildren Angel Servillo , Alexis Sayre, Emily Sayre,Joshua Sayre and Sabrina Guevarez.

She was born on April 23, 1986 in Man, WV a daughter of Stephanie Dixon of Lynco and the late David Hearns. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her grandparents, Steve and Peggy Graham. Funeral service will be held at 12 pm on Monday, December 12th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Rev. Ryan Navy officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Neely Family Cemetery, Princeton, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 11 am until time of service on Monday at the funeral home.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by two sisters Norma Amburgey and Patricia Vance, and three brothers Robert Brinkley, Beryl Brinkley and Harold Brinkley. Graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Friday, October 14th at Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny, WV with Rev. Randall Topping officiating. Pallbearers will be Greg Mullens, Steven Mullens, Daniel Mullens, Bryan Cooper and Avon Crawley.
